Catching up
Hello Everyone,
I never knew what "busy" was until I took this job. Since moving to Iowa, I've configured and implemented a new laboratory information management system, achieved ISO 17025 accreditation for my lab, designed from the ground up and oversaw the construction of a new 4500 sqft lab, and been to Europe for two one-week. This is in addition to changing out 3/5 of my staff, all while keeping operations moving along. Sample volume is also up about 100-125% since I started. Oh yeah, I'm also rewriting the quality manual, all SOPs, and microbiology methods. Anymore, point of this story is that I've obviously fallen behind on my picture blog here. I still take pictures almost daily, but the extra few button presses to post have just been too much to bear. It won't be one for one, but I'm going to post some of my favorite pictures from the last two months.
